The price list of local travel and luggage handling (GEL)
The pricing table shows the travel document’s value’s minimum and maximum limits, which change within the given ranges based on the distance to be traveled.
The specified prices represent the cost of purchasing a ticket at the ticket offices of the “Georgian Railway” service centers.
The price of the ticket specified in the price list includes the commission fee (0.50 GEL).
The service fee is added to the ticket price when purchasing a main direction ticket at a service center different from the departure station (1 GEL).
The internet service fee is added to the ticket price when purchasing a ticket for the main direction from the “Georgian Railway” website (1 GEL).
Agents sell the main direction tickets based on the contract signed with the “Georgian Railway”, in that case the corresponding service fee is added to the ticket price.
When traveling on main-route journeys, the passenger is entitled to ride free of charge with a kid under five, provided that the child does not occupy a separate seat, and at the appropriate rate listed in the price list with children aged five to ten.
Students of authorized higher education institutions, employees of the “Georgian Railway”, veterans of war and military forces and their family members have a discounted fare when traveling on main direction trips, if they have the status of the relevant category.
