Dear passengers, please note that JSC “Georgian Railway” has compensation procedures for delayed passenger trains, adopted by the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, Decree No. 1-1 / 586 of December 29, 2017 establishing rights and obligations for rail passengers.

Delay Repay compensation:

Railway passengers can claim Delay repay compensation minimum 25% if a train is delayed by 60 to 119 minutes and minimum 50 % of the ticket price for a delay of 120 minutes and more.

The electronically completed “Passenger Request Form” can be submitted to the following e-mail address: callcenter@railway.ge, and the printed version may be submitted in a convenient place for the passenger:  the official legal address of JSC “Georgian Railway” (Tbilisi, N15 Tamar Mepe Ave.) as well as passenger service centers.
