The management of the Georgian Railway met with the employees of the company in Tbilisi and various regions.

The Director General, David Peradze, along with other directors of the company, personally informed the employees of the freight, passenger and infrastructure branches of the decision to increase wages from January 2023.

Each employee’s salary increases from the new year, accordingly, the salary budget will increase by more than 38 million GEL.

Under the existing management, the salary fund has increased for the third time. Besides that, each employee continues to receive bonuses three times a year.

At face-to-face meetings, the employees of the Georgian Railway discussed the company’s current issues with the managers, talked about the needs, existing challenges and future plans.
