The Georgian Railway constantly cares about the comfort of passengers and tries to improve and develop services.

The Information about the subsequent stations in Studler trains was announced in three languages ​​ through information means, which due to the announcement duration caused discontent and discomfort in passengers.

Accordingly, almost 4 months, JSC “Georgian Railway” has made a decision to reduce the text  and the announcement intensity.

We declare, that, 4 months in Stadler  passenger trains, the reduced text is announced only  in Georgian and International English languages with less intensity in accordance with the world tested practice.

The decision of the JSC “Georgian Railway” is caused by the service quality improvement and is not connected with the current political processes.
