GR Borjom-Bakuriani Railway (‘Kukushka’) is a satellite company of GR Property Management.
Since 2017, the Borjomi-Bakuriani railway has held cultural heritage status, as it was one of the first railway lines in Georgia. It includes the Tsaghveri-Tsemi connecting bridge on the river Gujarula, which was commissioned by Mikheil Romanov to French constructor Alexander Gustav Eifel.
