Georgian Railway is retraining employees for those employed in the passenger service sector.

The goal of the training is to improve the quality of service and increase customer satisfaction. This means improving the professional activities of all train managers, wagon attendants – service operators, as well as developing skills such as the right attitude towards passengers, speed of service, identifying customer needs, conflict management, etc.

The training is conducted by experienced specialist consultants who are highly qualified and have prepared an interesting program for the trainees. After completing the course, the training participants will be awarded the appropriate certificates.
