Information service training
Up to 30 operators of the” Georgian Railway” Call Center for passenger information services ,who successfully passed “Effective Telephone Communication Training” received certificates.
The mentioned training was held in the scope of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Urgent Assistance Management Center “112” and the “Georgian Railway”.
It should be noted, that the Training Center for Human Resources Management and Development – “ 112”, specially for the Georgian Railway has developed a standard of conduct to improve the Passenger Information Service Quality and the efficiency of the work process.
Training courses provided by the Memorandum of Understanding will have permanent character. In turn, the “Georgian Railway” will increase the emergency number – “112” -awareness .
