Dear passengers!

We would like to inform you that from February 11, 2025, a fast and comfortable electric train (№854/853) will run in the direction of Tbilisi-Ozurgeti-Tbilisi. The capacity of the passenger train will increase by approximately 100 seats and the travel duration will be reduced by almost 2 hours. The Tbilisi-Ozurgeti-Tbilisi train will operate every other day. In particular, it will depart from Tbilisi at 09:00 and arrive in Ozurgeti at 16:18, depart from Ozurgeti at 08:40 and arrive in Tbilisi at 16:00. The price of a second-class ticket in this direction is 11-15 GEL. Train tickets can be purchased at Georgian Railway ticket offices and online at gr.com.ge.

There is a slight change in the Tbilisi-Kutaisi direction – passengers to Kutaisi will get on the train moving in the Ozurgeti direction to Rioni station. And from Rioni station to Kutaisi 1 station the passengers will take electric trains No. 6355/6356 and No. 6353/6354, the schedule of which is adjusted to the Tbilisi-Ozurgeti-Tbilisi train schedule. More specifically, passengers to Kutaisi will arrive in Kutaisi by the Tbilisi-Ozurgeti train to Rioni station. And those passengers who want to get to Kutaisi 1 station, will transfer to electric trains (#6355/6356 and #6353/6354) in Rioni, which will take them to Kutaisi 1 station in 20 minutes. The fare on this train (Rioni-Kutaisi 1) is 0.50 tetri.
