Pridon Rukhaia.  Mr. Rukhaia was born in 1958 and graduated from the Georgian Polytechnical Institute in 1976.  From 1978 to 1979, he worked at the Preparatory Department of the Georgian Polytechnical Institute.  From 1979 to 1984, he worked in the Department of Geology at the Georgian Polytechnical Institute.  Mr. Rukhaia started his career in 1986 as an assistant at the Georgian Polytechnical Institute.  Between 1991 and 1995, he was a senior teacher at the Georgian Polytechnical Institute.  From 1995 to 1996, he worked as an inspector with the Transport Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and from 1996 to 2000, he was the Head of the Transport Police Department.  In 2000 and 2002, he worked as an inspector for the Anti-Corruption and Economic Crime Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.  In 2001 and 2002, he was Head of Customs at “Poti”.  From 2002 to 2003, he was Head of Regional Customs at “Dasavleti”.  In 2008, Mr. Rukhaia was appointed to his current position as member of the Supervisory Board.
